Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Fan Connect app ("Fan Connect", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you use Fan Connect on an Apple device, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

You must be at least 13. Fans aged 13–17 use Teen Mode, which limits features (no Shots, no 1:1 chat, no hosting, All Ages events only). Fans 18+ get the full app.

Keep your sign-in secure and your Fan Card truthful. Don't impersonate anyone, post anything illegal, hateful, sexual, threatening or spammy, or use Fan Connect to sell or advertise. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Fan Connect helps fans find each other, Squads and events. We don't run background checks and aren't responsible for anyone's conduct. Meet in public, tell a friend where you're going, and report or block anyone who makes you uncomfortable.

Free accounts can send a total of 5 outgoing Fan-to-Fan Shots. This allowance does not reset or refill. Only Shots that are successfully delivered count; failed, canceled or duplicate attempts never do. Receiving and accepting Shots, chatting with existing teammates, browsing Fan Cards, basic Scout IQ, joining Squads, discovering events, RSVPing and check-ins stay free with no limit. Squad and event join requests never count as Shots.

Plans: Fan Connect Pro Monthly — $4.99 per month. Fan Connect Pro Annual — $39.99 per year. Prices are in US dollars and may vary by country; the price shown in the app before you buy is the price you pay. No free trial is offered. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fan Connect. Canceling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Purchases are handled by Apple; refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

What Pro includes: unlimited outgoing Shots (subject to normal anti-spam and safety limits, such as a cap on how many Shots anyone can send per hour and per day), Scout IQ+ preferences and compatibility insights, premium collectible Fan Card finishes, enhanced fan and squad recommendations, and Pro colorways. If Pro ends, Pro-only extras switch off and the free plan applies again, including any free Shots you had already used.

You can report or block any fan, Squad or event. Blocked fans can't see you or contact you. We review reports and may suspend accounts.

You own what you post. You give us a license to host and display it inside Fan Connect so the app works (for example, showing your Fan Card in Scout). You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

NBA team names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are shown only to identify the teams fans support. Fan Connect is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the NBA or any team.

Fan Connect is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of other users online or offline.

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Fan Connect means you accept the updated Terms.
