2Go to My Card → Settings (gear)
3Tap Delete account
4Confirm
What's deleted
Your Fan Card, photos, Shots, messages you sent, Squads and event memberships, preferences and push token. Events you host are cancelled.
What may be kept
Only the count of free Shots your account used (linked to an internal id) so the free limit can't be abused, and limited safety records.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does NOT cancel a Fan Connect Pro subscription. Cancel it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Can't open the app?
Email support@shootyourshot.app with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll confirm and delete it.
